Q: How do your illustrations ship?

A: They don't! Our custom Dobby Doodle illustrations are digital files, so no shipping is needed there. Two weeks after you place your Doodle order, it will magically appear in your inbox. You can print that file on just about anything! Just no commercial use unless we've worked that out together before hand. 


Q: How do you ship your merchandise?

A: Delivery varies depending on location and method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times within the United States is usually 5-12 days from printing date. Most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Delivery times on International orders can vary wildly from country to country and we are not responsible for additional custom charges or tariffs.

Orders are shipped in self sealing poly mailers with high adhesive seal strip and UV protecting coating inside. Packages are also tightly secured, providing excellent protection during shipments. If the order is more than 5 items everything is shipped in cardboard box with products packed individually in plastic bags. In some rare cases, items may be shipped separately when demand is high or there are production issues.


Shipping prices for both domestic and international orders are calculated in real time. We do not ship via flat rate. 

INTERNATIONAL IMPORT FEES AND DUTIES: If you are ordering from outside the USA, your package may be subject to import taxes and duties fees. These duty fees and taxes vary from country to country and are based on the overall merchandise value. By law, we are required by law to mark all packages as “merchandise” and clearly state the actual value of the goods contained in the package. Some countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes, but that threshold varies. 

Bottom line, we are not responsible for these import fees.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: We check every product that ships to ensure that you are getting a quality product. We love our designs and we want you to love them too. If you are not satisfied with your awesome apparel, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We will not accept worn that have been worn, washed, or in any altered condition.

Make sure to let us know what you would like in return whether it be an exchange, refund or store credit. If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please include your invoice with the return as well as your completed return form.

All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.
